Architect
Job Summary :
We seek a highly motivated and talented Architect to join our team in Love Anchor. The Architect will assist in the design and development of architectural projects manage and create 2D/ 3D models, 3D ART, AutoCAD drawings, technical drawings, MEP, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and design of architectural projects.
- Create 2D/ 3D models and visualizations to communicate design concepts.
- 3D ART to the highest possible standard.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the design meets technical and quality standards.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
- help calculate expenditure and cost control
- Qualification
1. Architect S1 Education minimum
2. Expert with architectural software 2D, 3D SketchUp, Lumion etc
3. Understand working drawings/building drawings
4. Can work individually and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Min 5 experaince in the feild
Job Types: Temporary, Full-time, Contract, Fresh Graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Rp5,000,000 - Rp13,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- D1-D4 (Preferred)
