- Able to lead, and supervise a team of clinic nurse/assistants to ensure consistency and efficiency of work on quality care and service standard. Ensure that clinics are smooth-running and resolving operational contingencies.
- Scheduling of roster for manpower deployment, ensure smooth implementation of the monthly roster, monitor staff leave and coverage.
- Assist to monitor and achieve the Monthly Revenue Target with the Resident Doctor and report to the Management on a bi-weekly basis.
- Assist in the Clinic Inventory portfolio and identification of cost saving opportunities, including ordering, monitoring of low stock and expiry drugs.
- Work closely with the other clinic Superiors and attend meeting and ensure all sales and process initiatives are communicated down to the staff on a timely manner.
- Oversee the administrative support functions and other task assigned by the Manager. Ensure task are completed in accordance to the deadline given.
- Training of new staff and feedback through performance appraisal.
- Track and give feedback on any operational issues to the Manager.
- Follow up on patient’s complex cases for patient liaison to ensure patient requests are attended to in timely order.
- Orientate and train new staff and execute the training check list and update the progress to the Manager on a regular basis.
- Perform the duties as a clinic nurse when roster at counter when in need.
- Any other duties assigned by the doctors and clinic manager from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant disciplines (healthcare) with a minimum 2 years of clinic operation experience
- Prior experience as a clinic assistant/nurse is welcome
- Possess strong people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work with high-performance individuals and various clinical professionals (e.g. doctors, nurses,)
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work staggered hours shift /weekends/PH.
