We are looking for a highly personable and enthusiastic UAE experienced Pastry assistant with breakfast knowledge. Duties will include
- Assists pastry shop workers, performing any combination of following duties.
- preps & breakfast.
- Washes and cuts up fruits for desserts.
- Greases baking tins or lines them with waxed paper.
- Inserts cakes, pies, and cookies into oven, and removes baked products.
- Washes scours pots, pans, and other equipment.
- Performs other duties asign by Manager
- Record food spoilage and communicate to chefs.
- Ensure stock rotation to minimize wastages.
- Ensure that chefs are groomed and dressed in proper uniforms.
- Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, health and safety regulations.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and supplies are maintained clean and sanitized.
Location: Emirates Park zoo, Al Shahama Behind Deerfield Mall. we equally provide Free accommodation, free meal, walking distance.
