Dullstroom Area – Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Sales and Production Manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all things produce related post-harvest, planning and preparations, processing, packaging & logistics.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- B.Comm or similar with a focus on business administration and processes. PDM (Post Grad management diploma or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Agricultural Management
- 3+ years in either Processing and/or Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in management of agri or food processing.
- Experience in sales and distribution
- Drivers license with driving experience
- Experience with managing people.
- Great computer skills is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing procedures and execution.
- Collaborate with team to ensure we are providing the best quality and service possible.
- Work closely with Customers to maximize our sales to them.
- Manage stock levels of all consumables.
- Organization and cleanliness of processing and packaging areas.
- Analyze and optimize procedures/staff to enable us to manage large orders in shortest possible time.
- Develop and maintain a customer lists and stocklists at all times
