Bachelor’s Degree in a related Computer Science or related field
OR two-year College Diploma in the related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
OR Specialized Certificate or License in the related field or discipline with Secondary School Certificate and 4 years of experience as a developer.
Highly skilled in various programming languages and database management
Thorough understanding of programing paradigms (e.g. Structured and Object-Oriented Programming) and methodologies (e.g. SDLC and Agile)
Proficiency in latest development tools and methods
Proficiency in MS office
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
Good knowledge of current technology in the IT industry
Documentation & Report/MIS Preparation
Good communication, presentation skills with good command of English.

1. Determine development requirements through detailed analysis of existing systems and procedures and by interviewing key stakeholders and recommend appropriate software solutions.
2. Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices.
3. Create software layout/user interface by using standard development practices.
4. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
5. Create and maintain software documentation.
6. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the supported systems based on evolving business requirements.
7. Contribute to systems architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancement for the related projects.
8. Provide third level support to supported systems by analyzing reported problems, bug fixing, troubleshooting DBA, network and infrastructure related issues. to fix the problems
9. Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
10. Ensure support issues are closed within the defined SLA.
11. Maintain an awareness of developments in the computing field to ensure that the company continues to apply the technology most appropriate to its needs.
