Job Role : Virtual Card Processor
Location: 2103 CityWest Boulevard,Houston Texas 77042
Rate: $18 - $20/hr on W2 Benefits.

We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our Clients growing Virtual Card Operations team. You will be responsible for processing virtual credit card payments over phone and via POS systems, identifying payment information that needs to be updated, and collecting vendor preferences related to card acceptance.
Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:
- Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills
- Sales or customer support experience at a tech company preferred
- Strong data entry skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of credit card processing or POS systems preferred
Strongly Preferred Experience/Skills:
- High volume software support experience via chat, email, or phone
- Familiarity with G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets)
- Experience supporting customers in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Financial technology experience (B2B preferred)
- Banking or accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree
