As a Passenger Engagement Representative you will be directly responsible for the promotion of a research study facilitated by the CDC. Passenger Engagement Representatives will engage with passengers, and provide best in class customer service. You will support the delivery of a safe and convenient experience to patients by greeting and escorting them to the testing area, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring all consenting protocols are being adhered to and flawlessly executed.

- Background in sales preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
