Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Verify and monitor accuracy of data, including but not limited, to data management, analysis, and reporting
- Create and improve features of databases and spreadsheets, such as usage forms, templates, and logic functions
- Ensure proper monitoring and balancing of transactions
- Process internal and external request/s and address issues from other departments and suppliers
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree of any course is preferred but not required
- At least two (2) years of data management, data verification and report generation experience
- Can converse and write in English language
- Advanced knowledge in using MS Office and Google Spreadsheets
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Amenable to work in rotational and/or shifting schedule
Your non-negotiable remote working requirements are:
- Candidate must have a stable, lined internet connection
- Candidate must have a decent work space at home
