DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in daily operations of the bar
Work closely with team members to provide professional services to guests
Provide beverage recommendations and suggestions alternative
Maintain the hotel standard of hygiene and quality for the restaurant and bar
Keeping an up-to-date wine list and stock
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Japanese restaurant operations
With sound Japanese food & Wine knowledges
Highly motivated with innovative and creative mind
Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Positive attitude towards challenge, independent & ability to work under pressure
Excellent leadership skills and problem-solving skills
Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
