Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product demonstrations
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer complaints or issues
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)
