Transfer Agency IOB Supervisor
As a Transfer Agency Investor Onboarding Supervisor, you will direct your resources to achieve overall client satisfaction and perform transfer agency functions in a controlled and efficient manner while maintaining high client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with AML expertise dealing with post onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- AML onboarding of new investors into Funds which BBH services as Transfer Agency
- Review and discuss with management any issues requiring escalation.
- Manage day to day deliverables and ensure correct follow through on all activities
- Provide guidelines to the policies and procedure to enhance effectiveness.
- Actively review procedures and keep update with all changes to ensure full adherence to the established policies and procedures.
- Participate with ad-hoc projects as required
Client Relationship
- Responsible for instituting and reporting on measures to determine the team's performance in meeting standards.
- Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives and educate clients continually through presentations
- Establish solid contacts with all areas and all levels at clients' organizations as well as internal departments
- Face clients and address specific demands
Staff Supervision
- Cross train employees on all aspects of IOB functions to develop breadth and depth of knowledge
- Escalate in a timely manner to your manager when team issues arise
- Remain up to date with all updates/changes to the systems used by the team
- Responsible for completing team appraisals and providing continuous coaching and guidance
Qualifications:
Education level and/ or experience
- BA/BS in a business-related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in AML/KYC fields
- Fluent English speaker
- Knowledge of French or German an advantage
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong aptitude for analysis, accuracy, organization
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions
- Ability to take initiative and apply a flexible approach to daily deliverables
- Well developed technology skills
Other requirements
- Knowledge or experience of Multifonds or E-Front is an advantage
