AMNIS is a Fintech company with the mission to reinvent international payments for SMEs. After launching in Switzerland in 2016, we were able to log significant growth within our home market. We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will play an essential role in our international expansion strategy.

Tasks

  • Acquire new SME clients in our target Polish market out of a pool of leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts
  • Proactively call into target client accounts from targeted sectors
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate value propositions to key decision makers regarding appropriate
offerings
  • Highly pro-active in both researching and finding opportunities in the FX and payments industry
  • Aware of industry trends and maintains extensive knowledge of competitor's offerings
  • Generate revenue through recurring deals and additional services
  • Strong collaboration with our operations and marketing team
Requirements

  • Proven track record in solution-oriented selling
  • Experienced in Business and Account Development ideally within the SME payment sector
  • Proven ability to network and research competitors and clients
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and leadership with strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Very high proficiency in Polish, proficiency in English. Czech or German language welcomed, not necessary.
  • High affinity for tech and IT
  • Open mind and willingness to make a difference
