Temporary Admin Clerk [South Africa]


 

Position: Admin Clerk – Temporary Assignment

Branch: Boksburg

Job Description: ADMIN CLERK

1.) Collect and compile all POD received daily from drivers by debriefing clerk.

2.) Sort all PODs according to invoice date.

3.) Make a list of all outstanding PODs for filing, send report every Friday.

4.) Attend to POD requests from clients.

5.) Ensure all requests are completed.

6.) Filing.

7.) Scanning on a daily basis.

8.) Daily recon.

9.) Prepare boardroom for meetings.

10.) Treat external and internal customers and associates with courtesy and respect.

11.) Perform any other reasonable instructions given by a person of authority.

Attention to detail & Accuracy.

Multi-tasking skills.

Filing skills.

Record-keeping skills.

Computer Literate.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
