What will you do
Ensure and supervise current repairs, services, installations, start-up and disassembly of all non-production equipment (fire fighting related equipment, air conditioning, ventilation, compressed air, filters, dedusting, water supply, drain water, etc.) and for the energy consumption monitoring. Fully responsible for proper technical condition of all building and utilities and related equipment. Lead or support the implementation of projects, including technical design, specifications, scope of work, budgets and schedules for the equipment in B&U scope. Responsible for EHS and labor safety monitoring and controlling.
In more details:
- Ensure the continuity of supply of all media used in the factory, ie electricity, steam, hot water, cooling, gas, compressed air, vacuum, water, wastewater and rainwater.
- Provide reliable, trouble-free and efficient functioning of all the building and utilities equipment (including dedusting) in accordance with the industrial safety requirements.
- Implementation of buildings and utilities related refurbishments, maintenances and factory projects by developing technical design, specification, workload, schedule and implementation of the work.
- Execute proper maintenance of factory utilities, equipment, installations, infrastructure and buildings according to local law and corporate standards by developing and implementing maintenance plan (daily, weekly, monthly/annually) for all the equipment in scope. Ensure that the building and utilities are in good technical condition.
- Organize program of cleaning the plant premises on regular basis, provide relevant cleaning and arrangement of plant premises.
- Coordinate and control the work of contractors. Ensure safe work environment and ensure that workers/contractors under his/her supervision work fully safely.
- Ensure that all the auxiliary equipment has all the operational permits at all time as required by law and company standards (identify legal and other requirements for the compliance and ensure that the permits are 100% compliant). Prepare work reports for buildings and utilities maintenance. Keep records of requests addressed to contractors and create work reports for contractors. Execute engineering related improvements/refurbishments and suggestion implementation and administration, including ERF requests.
- Prepares maintenance budget for the equipment in scope, including the utilities related spending and budgeting. Calculation and performance tracking of energy and CO emissions (on monthly levrl and for ASP/LE updates).
- Fully supports the preparation and supervision of the energy KPI's and provides proposals for the optimization of energy consumption.
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering.
- English language for effective verbal and written communication.
- PC literacy: MS Office;MS Project; Auto CAD.
