YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will manage the technical department, as in daily direction and control.
- You take co-responsibility over the utilities of our sites (water, electricity). So you have a solid basic understanding of technical issues.
- You assist in the development of a ticket management system for all our sites. Once the system is developed, you assist in optimizing the system and dispatching the incoming tickets.
- You assist in arranging interventions as soon as any technical issues occur.
- You assist in technical management and long-term prevention.
- You assist in management and coordination of maintenance contracts and statutory obligations regarding inspection, fire safety, etc.
- You stay up-to-date with recent laws and regulations.
- You assist in administrative management.

YOUR DNA:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical oriented field. Additional knowledge / certification in utilities is an asset.
- You have excellent Office 365 knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- You are a team player and can also work autonomously.
- Able to meet deadlines under all circumstances.
