Job Description:
As the HEROES Community Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our online communication strategy, connecting with our enthusiastic audience across multiple social media platforms. Your mission is to create engaging and captivating content that reflects our geeky universes, leaving our fans craving for more. Your key responsibilities will be:
You will be the mastermind behind our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Discord, and LinkedIn. Your creativity knows no bounds, and you will be crafting unique and appealing content. Fluency in English and French is a must to conquer our international fan base.
- Content Planning & Creation:
We need your proactive and strategic approach to create an exciting content calendar. From guest announcements to activity updates, you will be responsible for a community-driven and varied timeline of communications. With a sales-minded approach, you will enhance our reach and interaction.

Website Management:
As the guardian of our digital domain, you will ensure that our website is up to date with relevant content and information. Our website will be the central hub where all our updates come together.
- Customer Support:
In your role as a HEROES Community Coordinator, you will handle customer questions and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner. You will respond to questions via email, social media and website contact forms, working closely with the Communication Officer to provide fast and fair solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- You have proven work experience as a Community Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Your verbal and writing communication skills are excellent.
- You have hands-on experience with social media management, navigating the digital landscape with ease.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe suite programs are your secret weapons.
- You possess the ability to translate website traffic and online customer engagement metrics, turning data into insights.
- Your knowledge of online marketing channels will help us take our community engagement to the next level.
- You are fluent in French and English, which is essential to connect effectively and positively with our international and highly diverse audience.
- An affinity for geek culture is not just a plus. It's the icing on the cake.
